Premier was selected to complete the redevelopment of an existing mid-century industrial building into cutting edge educational facility for non-profit client in Columbus, Ohio.  Project included extensive electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and IT infrastructure replacement to install new state of the art systems, structural alterations to allow for installation of 2 large (10’x40’) skylight systems and complete interior renovation utilizing unique high-end finishes.  Project was completed in phases to allow client to continue to operate in the building during construction.

Premier is also providing ongoing property management and preventative maintenance to keep the mechanical systems operating correctly and building in like-new condition.
